The 5 Willows is a vocal group from Harlem, specifically from 114th Street, in the United States. Originally formed in 1950 as "The Dovers," the group underwent a name change in 1954, dropping the "Five" for booking purposes. The original lineup included twin brothers Joe Martin and Richie Davis, along with another member who was replaced in 1952. The group is best known for their song "Church Bells May Ring," released in 1956, which peaked at #62 on the charts, overshadowed by a successful cover version.
