The Allisons were an English pop duo known for their unique marketing as brothers, although they were not related. The duo consisted of Bernard Colin Day, born on February 2, 1941, in Wiltshire, and Brian John Alford, born in 1939 in London. They gained fame by securing 2nd place in the 1961 Eurovision Song Contest with their song "Are You Sure." Bernard Day passed away on November 25, 2013, at the age of 72.
