The Artistics were a soul vocal group formed in 1958 at Marshall High School in Chicago. They were discovered by a producer who signed them to a label, where they recorded an album. In 1966, they joined another label and worked with various artists. After releasing five albums with Brunswick, the group disbanded in 1973.
