The Bare Facts was a 1960s garage rock band hailing from Portsmouth, Ohio. The group consisted of Ron Pruitt on guitar, Russ Pruitt on drums, Dave Craycraft playing organ and trumpet, Bill Williams on guitar, lead vocals, and harmonica, and Randy Boldman on bass. They recorded two 45s on the Jubilee and Josie labels.
