The Beast is a heavy metal band hailing from Long Branch, New Jersey, USA. Formed in 1982, the band initially went by the name Enemy Ace before changing it twice that same year, first to Dead Things and finally settling on The Beast. They should not be confused with another band of the same name from Germany.
