The Black Crowes are a US blues rock band hailing from Atlanta, Georgia. Formed in 1989, the band experienced a hiatus from 2002 to 2005 and disbanded in January 2015 due to a dispute involving Chris Robinson and his brother Rich, along with drummer Steve Gorman. However, in late 2019, the Robinson brothers reconciled and reformed the band with a new lineup. Current members include Chris Robinson on vocals, Rich Robinson on guitar, Isiah Mitchell on guitar, Tim Lefebvre on bass, Joel Robinow on keyboards, and Cully Symington on drums. The Black Crowes have seen several changes in their lineup over the years, with notable former members including guitarists Jeff Cease, Marc Ford, and Audley Freed; bassists Johnny Colt and Sven Pipien; keyboardists Eddie Harsch and Adam MacDougall; and drummers Steve Gorman and Raj Ojha.
