The Charmaines were an American female vocal trio from Cincinnati, Ohio, active in the 1960s. They recorded their own releases and served as backing singers for notable artists such as Lonnie Mack, Little Willie John, James Brown, and Conway Twitty, among others. The group consisted of members Marian "Gigi" Jackson, Dee Watkins, Irene Vinegar, and Jerri Jackson.
