The Coolbreezers were a US R&B vocal group hailing from Washington, D.C. The group featured Joe Ruth as the lead vocalist, with Richard Steward as the first tenor. Other members included Bob Armstrong, William Primrose, Earl J. Williams, and Sonny Williams, who provided the bass vocals. The Coolbreezers were managed by a relative, the sister of Earl and Sonny Williams.
