The Crowd is an American punk rock band formed in Huntington Beach, California, around 1978. The band was established by brothers Jim and Jay Decker, along with guitarist Jim Kaa. They were later joined by drummer Dennis Walsh, who had previously played with the Flesh Eaters and Flyboys.
