**Bio: The Dead Milkmen** The Dead Milkmen are a punk band that originated in the late 1970s, founded by Joseph Genaro, who initially recorded and distributed music on low-fidelity 4-tracks. By 1983, the lineup was solidified with Rodney Linderman (vocals, keys), Joseph Genaro (vocals, guitar), Dean Sabatino (drums), and Dave Schulthise (bass). Their debut full-length LP, "Big Lizard in My Backyard," was released in 1985 on Restless Records, followed by several notable albums, including "Eat Your Paisley!" (1986), "Bucky Fellini" (1987), "Beelzebubba" (1988), and "Metaphysical Graffiti" (1990). The band enjoyed a brush with mainstream success with the hit "Punk Rock Girl" from "Beelzebubba." Other albums included "Soul Rotation" (1992), featuring Genaro as the lead vocalist, and "Not Richard, But Dick" (1993), which showcased a mix of styles. Their final studio album with the original lineup, "Stoney's Extra Stout (Pig)," was released in 1995. The Dead Milkmen disbanded in 1995 due to health issues faced by Schulthise and previous conflicts with Hollywood Records. Tragically, Schulthise passed away from a drug overdose in 2004
