The Death And Beauty Foundation is a UK group that was formed on April 29, 1982. The original lineup included Val Denham, Mike Wells, Nick Coombe, Stuart Jane, Elita Denham, and Antal Nemeth. Andrew McKenzie was also a member in 1982 but did not remain with the band for long. The most consistent members throughout the band's history have been Val Denham and Oli Novadnieks.
