The Deep Six was a pop-folk-rock group from Southern California, consisting of five men and one woman. They released a self-titled album in 1966, which included the minor hit single "Rising Sun," along with the flip side "Strollin' Blues." The group performed both songs on the TV show Hullabaloo but disbanded shortly afterward.
