The Del-Satins are a vocal group from Manhattan, New York, formed by original members Les Cauchi (1st Tenor), Keith Koestner (2nd Tenor), Freddie Ferrara (Baritone), Tommy Ferrara (Bass), and Stan Ziska (Lead). Their name is a combination of "The Dells" and "The Five Satins." In 1966, Johnny Maestro, known for his work with The Crests and Brooklyn Bridge, joined the group. The Del-Satins reformed in 1993 with a new lineup that included Stan Zizka, Charlie Aiello, Artie Loria, and Edie Van Buren. As of 2020, they are still active, with Zizka and Ferrara as the remaining original members.
