The Devilles, also known as The De Villes, were a musical group active from 1958 to 1961, consisting of members Willie Gibson, Little Marge Newton, Red Julian, Calvin Patterson, and Bert Daniels. They recorded four records for Aladdin, Orbit, Talent, and Acclaim record labels during their career. Notably, in 1958, they released "Do Wop" as the flipside of "Kiss Me Again and Again" (Aladdin 3423), marking one of the earliest uses of the term "Doo Wop," albeit with a slightly different spelling.
