The Don Isaac Ezekiel Combination (D.I.E.) is a trio formed in the late 1950s in London, consisting of graduates from the same institution as Fela Kuti, who later developed the Afrobeat genre. D.I.E. released their first of three Nigerian singles in the early 1970s before emigrating to Italy.
