**Bio: The Dreamliners** The Dreamliners, originally formed as the Royaltones in 1961, consist of Claire Peralta, Sylvia Wilburn, and Cecilia Silva. The trio came together in the choir room of South San Antonio High in Texas, where they harmonized to the latest hits while waiting for their parents. After adopting the name The Dreamliners, inspired by the San Antonio transit system, they began performing at VFW Halls and military bases in Bexar County, delivering a mix of McGuire Sisters-style songs and the Sound of Young America for the young soldiers. In 1963, they caught the attention of Epstein, who signed them without hesitation. That year, they released a split single with the Velvedeers on Cobra, featuring Wilburn's original "Just You and Me" as the A-side. However, the single struggled to gain traction locally due to a crowded release schedule and competition from more prominent acts. The Dreamliners continued to work with Epstein, contributing to various recordings, including providing background vocals on Rene y Rene's 1965 version of the Big Bopper's "Chantilly Lace." They released additional singles under the Jox label, such as "From One Fool To Another" b/w "Best Things In Life" and "A Shoulder To Cry On" b/w "The Lonely Fool."
