The Emotionals were an early '90s UK indie band formed in London by guitarist Pete Maher and singer Emma Vine, both originally from Yorkshire. In 1989, they moved to London, where they recruited bassist Roz Laney from Brixton. They later added drummer Keiron James after placing an ad in NME.
