The Equatics is a high school funk and soul band hailing from Hampton High School in Virginia. The group consists of members Carlton Savage, Renon Sumpter, Calvin Billups, Daniel “Buddy” Slade, Benjamin Crawford, Alvin Paige, Leo Davis, and “Coach” Frank Johnson.
