The Four Voices were a vocal group known for setting a high standard for their peers, despite not having any major hits. They were signed to Columbia Records after being discovered on Talent Scouts. The group frequently recorded with a notable producer, who also composed the hit "Lovely One" along with several of their other songs. The line-up of The Four Voices included Allan Chase as the Lead Tenor, Sal Mayo as Tenor, William McBride as Baritone, and Frank Fosta as Bass.
