The Gentlemen Four was a US soul vocal quartet from East Orange, New Jersey, active during the late 1960s to early 1970s. The group comprised members Bernard Brown, Chucky Miller, Howard Decker, and Roger Simmons. They evolved from a group called The O'Keh's and were managed by Victor Hartsfield. The Gentlemen Four were mentored by a notable figure who produced the group and later signed them to her label. In the 1980s, Bernard Brown joined Victor Hartsfield in a reformed version of The Monotones.
