The Go Getters are a rockabilly trio hailing from Västerås, Sweden, founded in January 1988. The band features lead vocals, drums, and harmonica, with Peter Sandberg serving as a common denominator among its various lineups. The Go Getters are set to release a new compilation CD of earlier hits, which will include a bonus track, Foo Fighters' "My Hero," dedicated to their late guitarist Robin Johnson, who tragically passed away in a motorcycle accident in 2011. The compilation showcases the diverse contributions of different musicians who have recorded with the band over the years, with Anders Eriksson being a frequent visitor at their gigs.
