The Graveyard Five were an American garage rock band formed in Kelseyville-Lakeport, California, in 1967. Known for their haunting and eerie sound, the band drew inspiration from the ghostly ambiance of a cemetery. They maintained a spectral image during performances and gained recognition for their song "The Marble Orchard," which became popular among garage rock enthusiasts. The band's lineup included Louis Shriner (lead guitar, vocals), Dave Tempelton (drums), Dennis Roller (rhythm guitar), and Steve Kuppinger (bass guitar, vocals). They were active from 1967 to 1969 and released "The Marble Orchard" on the Stanco record label in September 1968.
