The Gripsweats, hailing from Nashville, TN, is an emerging force in the soul and funk scene. Originally conceived as a studio project at G.E.D. Soul Records, the group later transitioned to bandleader Andrew Muller’s basement studio, where their sound took on a rough and raw edge.
