The Hard Quartet is an indie/alt-rock supergroup featuring Stephen Malkmus (Pavement, the Jicks), Matt Sweeney (Chavez, Superwolf), Jim White (Dirty Three), and Emmett Kelly (Cairo Gang, Ty Segall). Their debut showcases an enjoyable vibe of four musicians who are having a great time hanging out, sharing vocals, and playing together.
