The Hit Parade is a band that formed in 1983 in London, featuring Julian Henry, Raymond Watts, and drummer Matt Moffatt. They established their own label, JSH Records, to release their music, adopting a DIY approach. After releasing several 7" singles and three LPs, they signed with Sarah Records in the 1990s. The band has had guest appearances from Cath Carroll of Miaow on the track "I Get So Sentimental" and Amelia Fletcher of Talulah Gosh, Heavenly, and Marine Research on "Christmas Tears" (version). In 2014, The Hit Parade released 'Cornish Pop Songs' and have a total of 14 singles and seven LPs to their name.
