The Hitmen was a German Hands Up project formed on May 29, 2006, and disbanded in 2009. The group celebrated a comeback in 2016, consisting of members Manfred Hölter, Thorsten Kipka, and the duo "masterminds" Michael Bein and Ronny Bibow. During their initial run, they were signed to the Dropout record label. After the disbandment, Michael Bein and Ronny Bibow pursued solo projects, known as Money-G and Ron:Bon:Beat Project, respectively. On January 10, 2015, The Hitmen reunited for a performance at the Turbinenhalle Oberhausen, where they played all their unforgettable tracks. They also performed at the "Easter Rave" in 2016, delivering an encore with three bootlegs in their classic style. In 2017, they made a significant comeback with a new single titled "Neverending Light," which retained their signature style while incorporating new elements.
