The Hollies are an English pop group formed in Manchester in the early 1960s, with most members hailing from East Lancashire. Renowned for their distinctive vocal harmony style, they emerged as one of the leading British groups during the 1960s and early 1970s, achieving considerable popularity in various countries. Although they did not attain major success on the US charts until 1966, they have remained one of the few British pop groups from that era that have never officially disbanded and continue to record and perform. The Hollies were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2010.
