The Impossibles (Thai: ดิ อิมพอสซิเบิ้ล) was a Thai music band active in the 1970s, known for their diverse sound that incorporated rock, pop, funk, R&B, country, and folk. The group achieved notable success with hits such as "O Rak Kan Nhor," "Nai Wa Ja Jam," "Chuen Rak," "Thalay Mai Khoey Lap," "Rak Chua Niran," "Khoy Nhong," "Nueng Nai Duang Jai," and "Penpai Mai Dai." They were pioneers in covering English-language songs in Thailand and were the first Thai rock band to record an English-language album overseas during a European tour. Their 1975 album "Hot Pepper" featured covers of Kool and the Gang tracks. The Impossibles also made appearances in Thai films and, despite splitting in 1977, have reunited for performances over the years. The members remained active in the Thai music industry. Setha "Toy" Sirichaya, the lead vocalist and guitarist, passed away on February 20, 2022, at the age of 77. Other members included Vinai Phanturak, Pichai Thongniem, Anusorn Pathanakul, Pracheen Songpao, Sitthiporn Amornphan, and Rewat Buddhinan, who died in 1996.
