The Interpreters are a Philadelphia-based trio formed in 1996, known for their music that evokes the classic sound of 1960s "British Invasion" bands and late 1970s mod groups. The group released their full-length debut album, "Back in the U.S.S.A.," in 1998. The lineup consists of Herschel Gaer on vocals and bass, Patsy Palladino on guitar, and Branko Jakominich on drums.
