The Knickerbockers were an American garage rock band formed in the early 1960s in Bergenfield, New Jersey. The original lineup included members who played guitar and provided vocals from 1962 to 1972, as well as during reunions in 1983 and 1990. Other original members contributed on bass, vocals, saxophone, and drums during various periods from 1964 to 1970, with some returning for reunions. The band had several past members, including Skip Cherubino on drums from 1962 to 1963, Ned Brown on keyboards in 1962, and Peter Glitz on drums from 1963 to 1964. Additional past members included those who played vocals and drums from 1967 to 1970, Barry McCoy on keyboards from 1967 to 1968, and John Deleone on drums during the same period. Other notable past members were Pete LoCascio on drums in 1962, Ritchie Costanza on vocals from 1970 to 1972, and another unnamed member on drums during the same years.
