The Ladders were a rhythm & blues and doo-wop quartet formed in New York City in the 1950s. The group consisted of Johnny Jackson as the lead vocalist, Herb Jennings as the first tenor, Irvin Jones as the second tenor, Ron Clark as the baritone, and Douglas Jackson as the bass.
