The Ladds were formed in 1966 and were based in La Crosse, Wisconsin. They achieved regional success throughout the late 1960s. In February 1970, they changed their name to Today's Tomorrow and also recorded a single under the name Silver Bullets that same year. The group disbanded in late 1972, although some members went on to form a new band under the same name.
