The Latin Blues Band, an American group from New York, initially operated under the name The Latin Blues Band featuring. For their third album, they were renamed Los Astronautas. Their most recognized track, originally titled "(I'll Be A) Happy Man," was released in 1968 on the album "Take A Trip Pussycat." It was later re-released on the album "Land Of Love" as "The Happy Soul." This track was subsequently edited and overdubbed with organ solos and released as "Happy Soul (With A Hook)." In 1969, another re-edit of this track, titled "Hippy, Skippy, Moon Strut (Opus #1)," was released on Roulette. The song "Ain't No Other Man," produced by an unnamed individual, uses samples from "Hippy, Skippy, Moon Strut."
