The Liverpool Set was a Canadian band formed in the 1960s. They were signed in 1964 by Bob Martin and recorded their first single in Nashville. The original lineup included Shane Sennet on bass from Montréal, QC; Garry Nelson on drums from Timmins, ON; Dave Donnell, the leader, from London, England; Kent Daubney on guitar from Newark, England; Evan Hunt on guitar from Wales; and Eave Lancing on guitar from Latvia. Over time, the band experienced personnel changes and eventually evolved into another group that released a 45 for Bell and later into yet another group that released a 45 for ITCC.
