The Magnificents were a vocal group from Chicago, IL, known for their harmonious sound. The group consisted of Johnny Keyes as the First Tenor, Thurman 'Ray' Ramsey as a Tenor, Fred Rakestraw also as a Tenor, and Willie Myles as the Bass. It is important not to confuse this group with another formed by Thurman 'Ray' Ramsey in 1965.
