The McCormick Brothers are an American bluegrass group hailing from Westmoreland, Tennessee. The group originated when Lloyd McCormick and Kelly McCormick formed a guitar-mandolin duo as youngsters, performing on radio stations in Kentucky and Tennessee. Over time, their personnel and instrumentation expanded, with younger brother Haskel McCormick joining on banjo in the early 1950s. The lineup included cousins Hayden Clark on bass and Billy Clark on fiddle before the youngest brother joined on bass, along with Dewel Bullington on fiddle and Charlie Nixon on Dobro.
