The One Eyed Jacks, formed in 1966 at the University of Illinois in Champaign, Illinois, were a notable band featuring key members Budd Carr (vocals), George Harvey (guitar), Barry Fasman (keys), Bill Schneider (bass), Bob Amran (sax), and Bill Gedzun (drums). Mike Murphy later replaced Carr as the vocalist, and Rick Joswick took over drumming duties from Gedzun around the time of the Roulette singles.
