The Painted Ship was a 60s garage punk band hailing from Vancouver, Canada. The lineup consisted of Bill Hay on lead vocals and harmonica, Barry Rowden on drums, Bob Rowden on lead guitar, and Ken Wain on organ. Active from 1965 to 1971, the band preferred to record with producer Robin Spurgin.
