The Pearlettes were an early 1960s girl group hailing from Los Angeles, California. Formed in 1961, the group consisted of sisters Lynda and Sheila Galloway, along with Mary Meade and Priscilla Kennedy. They aimed for fame with an answer song to "Duke Of Earl," which managed to reach Billboard's Top 100, peaking at #96 in 1962.
