The Permanent Confusion is a band that was formed in 1990. Initially, they started as Darkwavers, but by 1992, they transitioned to a more guitar-oriented Pop sound. After a hiatus, the band re-emerged in 1997, incorporating electronic elements into their music, but ultimately disbanded in early 1998. They have been active again since 2014.
