The Savage Resurrection was a short-lived psychedelic garage rock band from the San Francisco Bay area. Formed in the 1960s, they recorded one album for Mercury Records in 1967, which was released in 1968, the same year they disbanded. Notably, lead guitarist Randy Hammon was only 16 years old at the time. Their self-titled LP has undergone several reissues over the years, often featuring bonus tracks of previously unreleased material.
