The Sunshine Company is an American sunshine psych pop band from Los Angeles, California. Originally formed as a duo, the group later expanded to include bassist and drummer, signing with a record label to release their debut album in 1967. Over the next two years, they achieved three hit singles on the U.S. singles chart before disbanding after their third album, a self-titled effort released in 1968. Members Sims and Bregante later provided backing for another artist.
