The Tempos were a pop vocal quartet from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, active during the 1950s and 1960s. The group consisted of Mike Lazo, Gene Schacter, Jim Drake, and Tom Minito. They were signed to Climax Records, where they achieved their only charting hit with "See You In September." Climax was a label with a brief history, having released only 10 singles in total.
