The Third Eye Foundation is an electronic/illbient project from Bristol, UK, founded in 1994 as a solo endeavor by Matt Elliott. From 1996 to 1997, the project briefly expanded to include a duo with a vocalist, known as . However, since 1997, it has returned to being a solo project under the direction of Matt Elliott.
