The Tigermen were a band formed in 1964 in Olean, New York, located south of Buffalo. The lineup consisted of Tom Consedine, John Farrell, Tim Stavish, and Jeff Todd. In October 1965, they recorded four songs at a Buffalo studio, leading to the release of two 45s that showcased their tough, organ-driven sound. The band frequently performed at Cuba Lake resorts and in northwestern Pennsylvania. However, by the summer of 1966, The Tigermen disbanded as members transitioned to college or were drafted.
