The Valentines were a vocal group from New York, NY, known for their contributions to the music scene in the United States. The group featured a lineup of talented members, including Mickey Francis on baritone vocals, Ronnie Bright providing bass vocals, and Richie/Richard Barrett as the lead vocalist. The tenor vocals were represented by several members over the years: Raymond "Pop" Briggs (1952-56), Carl Hogan (1952-53, 1956-57), Donald Raysor (1954-55), Eddie Edgehill (1955-56), and David Clowney (1956-57). The Valentines made a significant impact during their active years.
