The Varukers are a UK hardcore punk band formed in 1979 in Leamington Spa. They are recognized as one of the pioneers of the D-beat musical style, which was created by Terry Roberts, the drummer of Discharge. The band's vocalist, who is better known by his stage name, is the only permanent member of the group.
