Sam Beste is the creative force behind The Vernon Spring, a project that allows him to explore sound and song through layered pianos, stripped-back beats, and studio experimentation. This solo venture follows years of producing records with his band Hejira, as well as collaborations with soulstress Tawiah, string duo Fran & Flora, and others, many of whom are part of the Lima Limo collective he co-founded.
