The Wheels were a 60s R&B and blues-influenced rock band from Belfast, Northern Ireland, emerging from the same music scene as the better-known band Them. Their most recognized lineup included members on keyboards and vocals, rhythm guitar and vocals, lead guitar, bass guitar, and drums. Van Morrison was briefly a member of the band before they became known as The Wheels. They are best remembered for writing and recording the original version of "Bad Little Woman," which was later covered in America by The Shadows of Knight.
