The xx are an English indie pop band from Wandsworth, London, formed in 2005. The band consists of members who handle vocals and guitar, vocals and bass, and beats, production, and keyboards. On November 11, 2009, it was officially announced that one member, who played guitar and keyboard, was no longer part of the band due to exhaustion and personal differences.
